Dr. Bryn Willson is dedicated to delivering compassionate, cutting-edge care to her patients. Her empathetic approach, coupled with her research background, allows her to bridge the gap between scientific advancements and patient care, ensuring that her patients receive innovative, personalized treatment throughout their fertility journey. As someone who understands the importance of family, Dr. Willson strives to help her patients achieve their dreams of parenthood.
Dr. Willson’s educational journey spans both the West Coast and Midwest. She completed her undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University, where she developed a strong foundation in science and a passion for patient care. She then earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, known for its emphasis on compassionate, whole-person care.
Returning to California, Dr. Willson completed her Ob/Gyn residency at UC Davis Medical Center, where she honed her clinical skills and developed a keen interest in reproductive medicine. She then pursued her Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, one of the nation’s top hospitals.
Dr. Willson’s research and clinical interests include the impact of the environment on reproductive outcomes and fertility preservation. This work was inspired by her own experience with fertility preservation, which opened her eyes to the emotional and physical challenges faced by those dealing with reproductive issues.

Dr. Willson has received several accolades for her research and teaching, including the UC Davis resident research award, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) CMC in training award, and the UC Davis Golden Apple teaching award. She was also elected chief administrative resident during her final year of OB/GYN residency. Her research has been published in leading journals such as Fertility and Sterility and Reproductive Toxicology.
During her training, Dr. Willson was heavily involved in medical education, mentoring medical students and residents. She is also involved in advocacy work at the local and national level focused on expanding access to fertility services.
Outside of work, Dr. Willson enjoys running along the scenic California coastline, riding her Peloton, and exploring local farmers’ markets with her goldendoodle, Peanut.
